Abstract

Late in 1991, samples of zinc - lead ore were taken from existing shallow shaft on the leases for evaluation and assaying. In April 1992, we planned to take further samples for assay and organise a drilling program approved by the local Aboriginals as we would need to set up a camp on the leases. However, traditional owner of the area refused to entertain our request, but we will continue to negotiate possible drilling program in the area. In May 1994, ore samples were submitted to Amdel Limited to perform metallurgical tests with no satisfactory results. Further work is required to evaluate the economic viability of the ore material. Work is also required to determine the ore reserves with drilling before continuing the metallurgical work.
