Abstract

ELs 7970 Alawa, 8819 Arnold River North, 8820 Arnold River and 8821 Arnold River 2 overlies the contact zone between the Proterozoic McArthur Basin, the Cambrian Georgina Basin and the Cretaceous Dunmarra Basin. Previous reconnaissance diamond exploration identified chromite and diamonds within surficial regoliths within the tenement block. During the 2001-2002 reporting period the following work was completed: A Mine Management Plan; and The diamond exploration data for the tenement block was reviewed along with all of RTEs diamond exploration projects in Australia. No field-based exploration was carried out.
