EL 27772 Kiana Project Annual report for the period 19 August 2012 to 18 August 2013

Abstract

In the first two years Legend have completed field based exploration including the collection of loam and stream gravel samples. One of these samples was a large 1,000 kg gravel sample dug by hand to follow up historic bulk sampling results. No kimberlitic indicator minerals have been recovered. During the reporting period, no field based activities were undertaken. Legend is currently undergoing a major corporate restructure which included the proposed spin-out of its phosphate interests through an IPO. This was unsuccessful and the Company is now in the process of capital raising to obtain funding. The company's other projects have been funded as has been considered appropriate at this time.
