Title: | Third annual report for EL 28156 Ross River |
Title Holder / Company: | Rum Jungle Resources |
Report id: | CR2014-0070 |
Tenure: | EL28156 |
Year: | 2013 |
Author: | Dunster, J |
Abstract: | EL 28156 is one of two ELs in Rum Jungle Resources' Ross River Project which is primarily targeting the northern extension of a newly recognised putative IOCG terrain. Despite initial enthusiasm by other explorers in the region, no economic mineralisation has yet been found. There was no on-ground exploration during Year 3 of EL 28156 while Rum Jungle Resources monitored the activities on the contiguous and nearby titles held by others and focussed its spending on its flagship projects elsewhere in NT. Only rehabilitation monitoring was undertaken on EL 28156 and discussions continued with the CLC regarding the overall Ross River Project. Rum Jungle Resources will continue to monitor the situation and will follow the lead of any success by others. Should this not be forthcoming, Rum Jungle Resources will reconsider the prospectivity of EL 28156. |
