| Abstract: | Following on from investigations carried out in the previous years, work during 2000 concentrated on additional metallurgical study of the orebody, culminating in the removal of a 355 tonne bulk sample of sulphide ore for metallurgical testing and prototyping of proposed process routes. Drilling associated with geotechnical and hydrological investigations was also completed, together with investigations of the footwall carbonate rocks. |
