Annual report for SEL 8665 for the year ending 7 March 2001

Abstract

An environmental audit was completed at the end of 1999 and covered all historical mining and exploration sites in the Tennant Creek mineral field. The audit located and detailed all occurrences of disturbance including mine workings, tracks, dumps, drill holes, excavations, buildings and rubbish. Analysis of the high resolution aeromagnetics was completed in 2000/2001 and the prospectivity of this tenement carried out. A soil sampling program was carried out over this area. Data for the soil sampling will be provided in the next annual report due to the sale of Normandy Tennant Creek to Giants Reef Mining.
