During the year under review, further appraisal of geological and geophysical data collected, so far, was undertaken, together with ground truthing to assess the mineral potential of the project area. Rock chip sample information was captured from open file reports. Several geological traverses were walked to confirm the established geology, to check historical geochemical anomalism and geophysical anomalies. As part of this geological assessment 9 rock-chip samples and 20 soil samples were collected from the area of EL 27648. A number of the rock chip samples returned weakly anomalous gold, arsenic and base-metal assays, one sample TK653459 assayed 4.03 ppm Au and 4298 ppm As which is considered strongly anomalous. Another sample of altered Minglo granite proximal to the granite-sediment contact assayed 252 ppm Sn; this appears to confirm the Minglo Granite as the source of tin mineralisation in the region. Soil sample assay results showed only low order gold anomalism, with samples ranging from below detection to peaking at 16ppb Au.en_US
