Title: EL 28335 Albarta Bore Year 3 Annual report for the period 3 July 2013 to 4 July 2014
Title Holder / Company: Mithril Resources
Report id: CR2014-0523
Tenure: EL28335
Year: 2014
Author: Mizow, D
Abstract: Mithril first applied for the ground with a view to explore for Nickel sulphide deposits whilst remaining open minded to opportunities provided by other commodities. Work completed during the reporting period included: Rehabilitation of all drill sites; and the tenement area was reduced from 338km2 to 231km2. The area excised coincides with the Amadeus Basin and is not considered prospective for IOCG style mineralisation. Previous drilling has indicated that the Bigglesworth system is fertile and has a large alteration halo that is not well understood at this stage. Given the disseminated style of mineralisation interested in the drilling, Induced Polarisation survey techniques will be employed to test for chargeable horizons.
