Annual report Year 5 EL 25580 16 March 2011 to 15 March 2012

Abstract

NADL have identified kimberlitic indicator mineral bearing alluvial material on an adjoining licence (EL 25676) and it is possible that such material also occurs within EL 25580. NADL intends to test for the presence of such material and whether it contains kimberlitic indicator minerals. The results of such work may have significant implications for the prospectivity of EL 25580, and the adjoining and surrounding licences. A program of costeaning or shallow pitting was proposed for Year 5 with a proposed expenditure commitment of $70,000. This work planned for November using the NADL excavator following its use at our Borroloola Project. Heavy rainfall prevented the activities being undertaken and the work is planned for earlier in the dry season 2012.
