Abstract

During the 1996 year a review of the work to date was completed. The current state of the remaining resources at Mount Bonnie are estimated to be 650 000t averaging 1.7g-t Au, 9 percent Zn, 2 percent Pb and 0.5 percent Cu. At Iron Blow they are estimated to be 1,100,000t averaging 2.1 g-t Au, 102 g-t Ag, 6.1 percent Zn, 0.6 percent Pb, and 0.4 percent Cu. There appears to be little prospect of substantially increasing the massive sulphide resources by further drilling at these sites.
