Since the initiation of the Mt Skinner Group reporting several tenements have been dropped, and some have been removed from this reporting group (in particular those covering the Wilora palaeo-channel). These tenements from the past, but no longer included in the Mt Skinner Reporting Group, are obviously not covered in this report. Work conducted on the present Mt Skinner Group of tenements during this reporting period involved a thorough review of all exploration activities since project inception, and the resultant data from all that work, plus statutory reporting. Additionally, planning for a RAB drilling program was commenced. Tentative traverse sites were selected. An attempt to visit and check the ground suitability these locations was made late in the year. Access proved to be impossible after storms resulted in boggy conditions and made unsealed roads and tracks impassable. This preparatory field appraisal will be conducted in the coming field season. The uranium bearing alaskite remains as the outstanding exploration target, but the extensive but thin veneer of transported sand cover currently presents the greatest difficulty to continued systematic exploration. The Project reviews identified this as the most significant factor to resolve going forward. The tungsten occurrence in EL 26543 remains as a separate target yet to be evaluated. Partial relinquishments were made for tenements EL 26543 and 26719 during the year. EL 25573 was surrendered completely.en_US
