dc.description.abstractWork completed during the third year of tenure by both Northern Gold and Solomon Pacific Resources involved digital data acquisition, a grid based soil sampling programme, and rock chip sampling. Six out of the 16 rock chip samples returned anomalous results for Au, As, Pb and Zn. Maximum assay values were 0.26ppm Au, 1480ppm As, 1560ppm Pb and 1.07 percent Zn. Landsat images, SPOT images and aerial photography were used to produce maps and plans.en_US
