dc.description.abstractA drilling programme resulting in 4,890m of RC drilling was completed during February to June 1992. Holes were designed to intersect the steeply west dripping mineralisation along the Kohinoor anticline. Samples were taken at 2m intervals and assayed for Au. Drilling intersected grit, greywacke and siltstone of the Kohinoor Grit unit. Between 10380N and 10140N assay results were generally spotty and low grade with minor higher grades up to 5 g-t Au. Zones of higher grade mineralisation also occur, which range from 0.50 to 24.10 g-t Au with an average in the range 1.00-2.00 g-t Au.en_US
