Title: | EL 27429 Karns Annual technical report for period 5 January 2011 to 4 January 2011 |
Title Holder / Company: | Toro Energy |
Report id: | CR2011-0030 |
Tenure: | EL27429 |
Year: | 2011 |
Author: | Rawlings, D Sullivan, C |
Abstract: | No exploration has been carried out on EL 27429 during the reporting period due to a number of factors. After being granted the relinquished portion of former EL 22251, Toro then applied (along with four other companies) for the remaining area of former EL 22251 (which had subsequently been surrendered). The remainder of EL 22251 was divided up between all 5 applicants. Toro?s allotted portion was not located on any airborne radiometric anomaly and so small (<3 percent of the total area applied for) it was not worth pursuing. The anticipated Airborne Mag-Rad survey was postponed pending the outcome of the adjacent application and advancements in drilling projects elsewhere within the company portfolio consumed both budget and personnel. |
