| Abstract: | Exploration in the first year of EL 7561 comprised soil sampling and vacuum drilling. The soil sampling returned sporadic anomalous results, to a maximum of 6.9 g-t Au that are suspected to be due to alluvial contamination from the adjacent Priscilla line of workings. A trial vacuum drilling programme tended to support the theory, returning no anomalous results. A more extensive vacuum drilling programme is planned for the forthcoming year. |
