Abstract: Follow up lag sampling of EL 4828 Perisher prospect identified a drillable target with both NS and NE trends. These trends coincide with a mafic and sedimentary rock package similar to the Tanami Gold Mine. 4 ground magnetic traverses were also undertaken in EL 4828 to facilitate understanding of the aeromagnetics. Modelling of the ground magnetic survey suggests two narrow magnetic anomalies with near vertical dips. Reconnaissance work in EL 4829 failed to locate any lithologies favourable to hosting gold mineralisation. A lag sampling survey of EL 4831 failed to return encouraging results. The effectiveness of the survey is yet to be determined as lag material was difficult to collect and the veneer of Birrindudu Group Sandstones makes questionable the use of soil sampling for a bedrock response.
