dc.description.abstract | A comprehensive exploration programme consisting of soil and rock chip sampling, RAB, Auger, RC Percussion and diamond drilling, IP-EM and ground magnetic surveys were completed within the licences. This work was aimed at defining known anomalous zones and outlining new areas of anomalism. This work extended Jim's Find anomaly to the North. Jim's Find mineralisation is contained in an area 3.8km x 0.4km adjacent-sub parallel to an interpreted fault zone of brecciation. Mineralisation is generally weak containing higher grade pods (drilling maximum assay 5m at 11.54 g-t Au). Work at Dogbolter delineated a NE extension to the known anomaly. Mineralisation appears to be contained in a steeply dipping structural zone which intersects a zone of dipping intercalated basalts and fine volcaniclastic sediments. Drilling at Tobruk failed to delineate any significant results. | en_US |
