| Abstract: | Work during the reporting period included; Aerial photograph interpretation; Aeromagnetic interpretation; and gridding. Interpretation revealed the following; Several tight to isoclinal fold closures with NNW trending axial traces; Numerous crosscutting structures which are interpreted as faults (offsets unknown) with three dominant orientations - WNW-ESE, NE-SW and EW. A detailed surface mapping, rock chip and soil sampling programme will be initiated in the coming weeks (November 1993) with the aim of identifying and defining local structure, lithology and the extent of surface mineralisation. |
