EL 27853 Litchfield North Project annual report for year ending 7 July 2011

Abstract

On 17 February 2011 Eclipse Uranium Limited acquired the Litchfield North Project upon its successful listing with the ASX. Since this date the company has focused predominantly on collecting background data for the project which includes open file reports, geophysical and geological data from the Northern Territory Geological Survey. This data has been used for project review and target generation. Two field trips to the area have been completed. The first was a logistical assessment of the area and the second included minor geological assessment to get an general overview of the project area and to aid in target generation and refinement. First pass geological review indicates that the Litchfield North Project may be highly prospective for uranium and gold associated with the Pine Creek Geosyncline Block.
