A total of 1,843,196 BCM's of material was mined during the 1991-1992. A total of 1,201,236 tonnes of ore averaging 3.62 g-t Au was treated in the CIP circuit during the year from which 3,326.9 kgs of gold and 602.5 kg of silver were produced in bullion. Exploration during 1991-92 concentrated on the Southern Lease Area and the Enterprise Mine Area. Percussion and RC drilling has successfully defined the mineralised zones in each of these areas that form part of the Southern Lease Areas. However with the exception of Cox's Area, the mineralisation was not fully tested by the drilling to date. drilling at Cox's has fully closed and defined a low grade resource of oxidised gold mineralisation. A total of 49 Percussion and RC drill holes and 6 diamond cores were drilled into various perspective areas adjacent to the Enterprise open-cut in order to test the extensions of mineralisation. Results were generally disappointing with no high grade intersections being achieved. The best intercept obtained was 3m at 4.91g-t Au was obtained. .en_US
