EL 23517 Watts Creek annual exploration report for the period ending 3 April 2007

Abstract

During 2006-2007, work completed over EL 23517 consisted of reconnaissance visit and planning for the upcoming field season, compilation of previous work covering the region, administrative duties and report preparation. GBS Gold have developed an exploration strategy for use in the Pine Creek Orogen that involves recognising broad structural domains. The genetic model can be used to describe the type of structures, and mineralisation styles that are expected to be encountered within the structural domains, and to generate further target areas. During the year 2007-2008, a thorough evaluation of the project is to be carried out over the tenement package with some attention given to the old Watts Creek North and Main Ridge Prospects explored by Dominion Mining and Compass Resources during the late 80's and 90's, where ore grade intercepts were reported in RC drilling.
