dc.description.abstractThe Finniss Range Project area has major economic potential for Sn, Ta, Nb mineralisation both within the primary pegmatite hosts as well as derived secondary alluvial deposits. Full details of work done during the period April 1988 to March 1990 are unknown. However, inspection of the site reveals a substantial amount of work was done on site by Brevcorp, including; Construction of tailings and water supply dams; Construction of a new plant, accommodation facilities, earthworks, roads, access tracks, an airstrip etc; Gravel mining on the main access road and mining of ore material from Saffums 1, Bilato's, Sandra's, Martin's, Turner's, TW4 etc; Exploratory excavations at numerous locations within the tenements; and Processing of bulk samples and disposal of tailings.en_US
