dc.description.abstractDuring the sixth year of tenure, field checking of The Donkey Hill Gold Prospect discovered by Newmont Australia Ltd in the late 80's was investigated. Twelve rock chip samples were taken in the Southern Annaburro Dome area in the northern part of the tenement. Results were encouraging with peak gold results of 9.5 grams per tonne and 3.2 grams per tonne being recorded. Other anomalous results with supporting arsenic and basemetals were also generated. A more rigorously controlled geochemical sampling program is planned for the 2012 field season.en_US
