dc.description.abstractDuring the 1987 field season, exploration activities in the two areas Chinese Howley and Big Howley consisted of the following programs: The Big Howley prospect was covered by a 25m x 50m levelled and surveyed grid and detail mapped at 1:250 scale. A small area of Chinese Howley, which had been scraped in preparation for a dam, was mapped and sampled. Three costeans were excavated at Chinese Howley to augment four costeans previously excavated in 1986. A 27 hole reverse circulation drilling program was completed in August 1987 with a total of 1,438m drilled on both prospects.en_US
