Jinka Project EL 24427 Annual technical report for the period 26 May 2006 to 25 May 2007

Abstract

This report summarises work completed on Mithril Resources Indiana Project Jinka Exploration Licence (EL 24427) for the year ending the 25th May 2007. The project area is located approximately 300 km northeast of Alice Springs, just south of the Plenty Highway. Work completed over the tenement area during the reporting period included the following: - Interpretation and evaluation of previous years work - Assaying of infill geochemical samples - Identification of targets for Ground EM - Ground EM - Recommendations for further work. Results of the evaluation of results from previous years work identified one area to be followed up with ground EM. This EM was concentrated over an area of subcropping and outcropping silicified ultramafic bodies. Although no conductive bodies were identified from this survey the results did show that EM is 'seeing' through the cover sequence. Further work will involve an airborne VTEM survey over the bulk of the licence area in the coming year.
