Annual and final report on EL 25477 Allamber Project to 7 June 2013

Abstract

Exploration Licence EL 25477 is located about 20-30 km NE of Pine Creek, Northern Territory. The tenement was granted to Atom Energy Limited/Excelsior Gold Limited on 26th June 2007 for a six year period. Element 92 Pty Limited acquired the EL from Atom Energy Limited/Excelsior Gold Limited in January 2010. The EL has been relinquished at the end of its final, 6th year of tenure. Work carried out on the tenement has included geological reconnaissance traversing, an airborne radiometric and magnetic survey, rock chip sampling (2 samples) and historical data reviews and compilations. The tenement was explored for uranium, copper, gold and tin mineralisation. No evidence of economic mineralisation was found in during the rather cursory fieldwork carried out over the life of the tenement. In part this can be attributed to the physiography and geology of the tenement; only a small portion of the prospective granite-sediment contact is located in EL 25477, and substantial parts of the EL are dominated by scree or alluvial cover. Weakly anomalous stream geochemistry seems to be mostly derived from mineralisation outside the EL area. This lack of encouragement from historical stream sediment data and geological traversing has led to the decision to relinquish the tenement.
