Final technical report for EL 27898 Clarkey, Allamber Project for the period 13 October 2010 to 25 March 2013

Abstract

During the period of tenure, a thorough review of historical exploration, geological and geophysical data was undertaken. EL27898 covers part of the north-trending anticlinal structure which contains an abandoned gold mine (Great Northern - located just outside the northern tenement boundary) and is coincident with a magnetic anomaly as other gold deposits in the PCO. Unfortunately, no open-file surface geochemical assay data were found, except a single drill hole with limited drill chip assays. The magnetic image of the project area shows a significant magnetic NNW-trending, semi-continuous linear features which represent the Pine Creek Shear Zone, an important structure for gold potential in the region. Other activities included reconnaissance visits of the project area, report writing, tenement administration and prospectivity assessment.
