Year 3 Reduction report EL 27626 Ooratippra Project for the reporting period 3 March 2010 to 2 March 2013

Abstract

During year 3 CKA reduced EL 27626 by 88 blocks this report details exploration undertaken on the relinquished ground for the duration it was held. In 2010 the previous owner of the Ooratippra project ELs, NT Resources Ltd, applied for and was awarded a 'bringing forward discovery' geophysics collaboration with the NT Government for the Ooratippra project. A 1km spaced gravity survey was completed by NT Resources as set out in the collaboration. A total of 253 stations were taken within the relinquished ground and no significant gravity anomalies were returned. Also CKA completed a 200m infill gravity survey (using Atlas Geophysics) at one of the prominent targets from the 1km survey; Anomaly B (not on the relinquished ground). Only 19 stations on the edges of the survey were within the relinquished ground. No significant anomalies were identified within the 88 blocks, the majority of which are within a regional gravity low. The ground was subsequently relinquished during year 3 as part of a project wide reduction.
