Litchfield South Project EL 27851, Annual report for the year ending 7 July 2012

Abstract

Over the past year Eclipse has completed a second field trip to the tenement with the purpose of ascertaining the geology on ground, access and logistics requirements for future programs and to establish landowner relationships. Eclipse also completed a trip to Darwin where it spent a couple of days in the Northern Territory Core Library looking at stored historic core from the tenement. No samples assayed. Eclipse has had NT Worksafe approval for its Risk Management Plan for the Pine Creek project, which includes EL 27851, and has commenced clearance of the tenement by the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authorities which will allow all works up to and including drilling programs. Eclipse has also completed extensive project review and desktop analysis of the geology and prospectivity of the tenement. Furthermore, Eclipse has commissioned an independent consultant to also complete an indepth geological study of the project area alongside the construction of a regional database, both exercise are considered critical to aid in target generation.
