Year 2 amalgamated annual report EL 27628 and EL 27751 Epenarra, for the period 8 April 2011 to 7 April 2012

Abstract

Work during the reporting period consisted of a 2 phase sampling program. Phase-1 orientation sampling yielded 98 off Ionic soil samples from 6 targeted areas. Assay data indicated primary gold at three of these areas and anomalous base metals with elevated (anomalous) REE were recorded across most areas. From follow-up Phase-2 superimposed gridlines, 238 Ionic soil samples collected from the same three gold anomaly Area's 1 (Purple), 2 (Jugular) and 5A (Principal Hill) assays returned extremely positive results indicating further anomalous and contiguous gold from a primary source across each of these grids. An additional annexed target Area 1C (Winks) also assayed positive primary gold signatures. A total of 52 Ionic soil samples registered primary gold response. As a result, 15 off drill targets are proposed pending further infill sampling and geological evaluation.
