Annual report for the year ending 17 April 2012, EL 24880 Adelaide River project

Abstract

Since their acquisition of the tenement in February 2011 Eclipse has also been active in exploration of the tenement with a field trip to the southern portion of the tenement completing basic mapping and sampling as part of a visit to the Pine Creek Project area which EL 24880 is now a part of. Eclipse is currently completing a review of the tenement in conjunction with an Independent consultant to determine targets. It is considered that further mapping and sampling would be beneficial on the tenement and using the results of this in conjunction with the radiometric targets established by Cauldron and the project review a drilling program will be designed. Eclipse has commissioned the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority to complete a clearance on EL 24880 for all activities up to and including drilling programs and is currently awaiting completion of this before field programs commence this year. A Risk Management Plan for the Pine Creek Project Area (which includes EL 24880) has been submitted to and approved by NT Worksafe.
