Relinquishment of 39 sub-blocks from a total of 75 sub-blocks is proposed and these blocks are distributed mainly on the western side of the tenement and a small area to the north. The proposed surrender portions approximate to 52% of the current total area of the lease. Most of the significant bedrock or colluvium uranium anomalies identified from a previous geophysical survey have been retained for further exploration. The anomalies no longer retained are thought to be surficial radiometric responses in modern alluvial silts and not considered to be geologically important. Further work on the retained portion (36 blocks) is planned so that all identified anomalies can be mapped and sampled in detail.en_US
