Exploration activities completed during the reporting period included laboratory processing of five samples collected during the previous reporting period. Samples were sent to Diatech Laboratories in Perth for processing using a wifley table and recovery of kimberlite indicator minerals from the -0.5mm +0.2mm fraction of the concentrate. One sample reported a positive result with the recovery of 3 chromites. Mineral chemistry was obtained by probing with a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The chromites are interpreted to be of non-kimberlitic origin thereby downgrading the propsectivity of the tenement. This is consistent with the previous interpretation by Wayne Taylor that the results show Cr-Spinel from the Cox projects mostly plot within the 'Magmatic Array' with a few grains overlapping the 'Mantle Array'. Even though high-Cr Cr-spinel is present at Cox, their diamond indicator potential appears to be low. Review of available historic and current data during this reporting period has resulted in the expiration of 3 tenements and a 50% reduction of an additional 3 tenements. There are several anomalies remaining on the retained ground that will be the focus of exploration for the 2011-2012 reporting period.en_US
