Title: | Partial relinquishment report for EL 26228 Wycliffe Creek for period ending 18 February 2011 |
Title Holder / Company: | NuPower Resources |
Report id: | CR2011-0461 |
Tenure: | EL26228 |
Year: | 2011 |
Author: | Davey, G |
Abstract: | While the AEM survey discovered sub-basins and palaeochannels at Warrabri with potential for sandstone-hosted uranium, this potential has been down-graded based on the results from the Aileron region. No significant results were returned from the one bore water sample taken from the relinquishment area. The focus of NuPower in this tenement is now on phosphate, the blocks relinquished were chosen largely because they are considered to have lowest phosphate prospectivity. |
