The objective of the program was to acquire new geophysical data to refine geological understanding and define mineral targets in the Dunmarra Basin. The primary target is base metals in Proterozoic or Cambrian age rocks. The tenement area has no outcrop, no drillholes, and has been subject of very little historical exploration. The project comprised of two adjacent survey grids - Bundara Creek and Toudinny Creek located 250km and 200km north of the outback mining town of Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory. In total 987 new stations were acquired during the project. Of these, 57 stations were revisited for survey quality control. The surveys covered a combined area of approximately 1,100 square kilometres. The Toudinny Creek grid was surveyed first, with gravity data acquired on a regular square grid at 1000m station spacing's. Some stations were unable to be accessed due to thick vegetation in the north-eastern area of the grid. Once the Toudinny Creek grid was completed the Bundara Creek grid was surveyed, with gravity data acquired at 500m station spacing measured along four lines spaced 2000m apart orientated 090/270, and a single line orientated 180/360. The Dunmarra Basin includes extensive areas of no outcrop, very coarse gravity coverage and magnetic signatures from flat-lying volcanics that clouds interpretation. WDR is committed to drill testing anomalous features identified by this survey, coupled with follow-up infill readings. The geophysical surveys extended over three granted Exploration Licences east of Elliot. This is on the Beetaloo 1:250,000 geology sheet. The tenement area extends over part of four pastoral leases. No freehold land is involved.en_US
