dc.description.abstractExploration Licence 25954 Baystone lies within the Eastern Tanami region and is situated approximately 280 km northwest of Alice Springs. EL 25954 was granted to Deep Yellow Limited over an area of 147 blocks on 15 October 2007. The commodity sought is uranium and the exploration programme aims to identify near-surface calcrete or sand hosted uranium, with secondary targets comprising tabular lignitic or redox traps within deeper basinal sediments. No on-ground exploration was carried out on EL 25954 during the reporting period, 15 October 2009 to 14 October 2010.en_US
