Independent geological report on Northern Territory projects

Abstract

This report has been prepared for inclusion in an ASX prospectus to be prepared in connection with the proposed admission of NT Resources Limited ('NTR') to the Australian Securities Exchange ('ASX'). NTR holds various tenements covering approximately 2,340km2 located in the Pine Creek and Georgina Basin-Altjawarra Craton areas in the Northern Territory, Australia. The projects are at the exploration stage and have yielded significant strong magnetic and radiometric anomalies from the initial exploration data. There has been limited surface geochemical sampling in some areas but no uranium, gold, base metals or diamond reserves or resources have yet been defined at either of the two major project areas. The projects are considered to be sufficiently prospective, subject to varying degrees of exploration risk, to warrant further exploration and assessment of their economic potential. We are of the opinion that NTR has satisfactorily and clearly defined exploration and expenditure programs that are reasonable, having regard to the stated objectives of the company and sufficient exploration work has taken place to justify the budgeted exploration and expenditure. We consider the proposed work programs to have a high chance of success for the discovery of uranium, gold, base-metal and diamond deposits.
