This is the results of work done by the Mines Branch at an area known as Survey 35 which was in the catchment of a proposed dam. Anomalous metal values were thought to be associated with hydrothermal activity in a palaeo-channel. Mapping and surface sampling are reported. A proposal to auger drill the area was not supported by the Chief Geologist.en_US
