Relinquishment report for EL 24822 Ooratippra for the period 4 April 2008 to 2 March 2009

Abstract

Southwestern Mining Company Pty Limited (ACN 104 649 774) (Southwestern) was granted Exploration Licence 24822 on the 4th April 2006. The Company also held four adjoining Exploration Licences numbered 22488 24869, 24993, 25019. The Exploration Licences were transferred to Acacia Minerals Pty Limited in September 2007. EL 24822 is worked as part of the 'Ooratippra Diamond Project'. Four blocks being 50% of the Licence were relinquished in the 29th February 2008. Lodgement for the relinquishment of two further blocks being another 50% was made on the 2nd March 2009. This Report covers the exploration work carried out during the Third year of tenure from the 4th April 2008 to 2nd March 2009. Work done consisted of a review of past work and the Licence's prospectivity.
