Final report for EL 23400 for the period 25 November 2003 to 19 March 2009

Abstract

This report describes the exploration activities carried out on EL 23400 which forms part of the Mount Peake Project, between the 25th of November, 2003 and 19th of March, 2008. Exploration over the tenement consisted of a review of open file reports and an aeromagnetic and radiometric survey that was flown between the 25th and the 28th of September 2008. Results from the airborne geophysical survey were disappointing as no areas were identified that would warrant further exploration. The prospectivity of the tenement was downgraded as it was considered to possess little potential to host economic quantities of gold or base metals. The tenement was surrendered on the 19th of March, 2009.
