| Abstract: | Exploration Licence 25941 was granted to Deep Yellow Ltd (DYL) on 15 October 2007. Exploration work on the tenement was limited to planning a drilling programme, preparing a Mining Management Plan and conducting a reconnaissance visit in preparation for the drilling programme. DYL negotiated an Exploration Agreement with the Central Land Council (CLC) over its Mt Doreen project tenements including EL 25941. A Sacred Site Clearance certificate was issued by the CLC in September 2008. An Authorisation under the Mining Management Act was granted on 1 September 2008 allowing the drilling to commence in October. |
