Annual report for EL 25701

Abstract

No onground work was conducted during the reporting period. An EM survey was flown over EL 25701 and other tenements at Mt Doreen and the data is currently being prepared for lodgement. Exploration Licence 25701 was granted to Deep Yellow Ltd (DYL) on 15 October 2007. Exploration work on the tenement was limited to planning a drilling programme, preparing a Mining Management Plan and conducting a reconnaissance visit in preparation for the drilling programme. DYL negotiated an Exploration Agreement with the Central Land Council (CLC) over its Mt Doreen project tenements including EL 25701. A Sacred Site Clearance certificate was issued by the CLC in September 2008. An Authorisation under the Mining Management Act was granted on 1 September 2008 allowing the drilling programme to commence in October.
