| Abstract: | This is a compilation of various progress reports for 1971. No data are given. Uranium in Mount Eclipse Sandstone was investigated with a closely spaced radiometric survey. Trenching was undertaken with the assistance of Yuendumu Mining Council. Diamond drilling was undertaken. Two layers of uranium - vanadium mineralisation were intersected. Pyrite was noted in the black shales of the Mount Doreen Formation. |
