Abstract

Finching Pty Ltd became operator of the joint venture and conducted a review of industrial mineral potential as well as organizing and completing a detailed 5038 line kilometre airborne magnetic, radiometric and digital terrain survey over this EL and EL 24882 (See Report CR 2007-0181) during the first year. During the second year processing of all geophysical data was completed and an interpretation of data carried out. A field visit was made to several prospective drill sites to test aeromagnetic anomalies that may represent pipelike intrusive bodies. Finching and Mundena have retained only 87 sq Km of the original 1591 sq Km which covers the most promising of the magnetic features.
