Abstract

There were no exploration activities carried out in the first year over the above exploration licences. Over the previous 12 months, Dynasty Metals has undertaken a management re-structure which has resulted in re-assessing all of their tenement acquisitions across Australia. Due to the dissatisfaction of shareholders the company has had a complete changeover of board and personnel in 2007 with four new board members joining the company. A Managing Director was not appointed until 2008. The new board has now reviewed all of its tenement holdings and has identified the tenements it wants to keep which includes the Northern Territory tenements. They have started relinquishing tenements in other regions.
