dc.description.abstractThis is the final relinquishment report for EL 8558. As such, it details all exploration activity conducted over the licence for the period 21st August 2003 to 24th December 2007. The tenement is located approximately 650km northwest of Alice Springs. The tenement is located approximately 12 km north of The Tanami Mine. During 2004 Newmont exploration completed a comprehensive first pass surface sampling programme on a 800m x 800m and 800m x 400m grid.(412 samples). Nine rock chip samples were also taken.en_US
