Annual report on EL 25101

Abstract

The Annual Report in respect of the above licence for the year ending 20 November 2007 is due to be lodged by 21 December 2007. No onground work was conducted during the reporting period by the current registered holder, Deep Yellow Ltd (DYL). The tenement is the subject of a joint venture with Rum Jungle Uranium Limited (Rum Jungle). A transfer relating to the 50% interest Rum Jungle has acquired in the tenements has been lodged for registration. In addition, the tenements are subject to a Joint Venture Agreement dated 28 November 2007, whereby Rum Jungle can acquire a further interest by funding and managing exploration on the tenement.
