dc.description.abstractEL 23092 was originally acquired in 2003 to investigate the prospective Vizard Group within the northern McArthur Basin for lead-zinc deposits similar to the McArthur River deposit. Potential diamond targets within the licence area were interpreted using the historic NTGS stream sediment database for diamond indicator minerals. In September 2006, a joint venture was formed with Gravity Diamonds Ltd to investigate the diamond potential. However sampling by Gravity Diamonds Limited subsequently downgraded the potential in this area to discover kimberlites.en_US
