Seventh Annual Report for SEL 10186 and SEL 10187, 6 November 2004 to 5 November 2005

Abstract

This is the seventh annual report for SEL's 10186 and 10187. The tenements were held by the Central Desert Joint Venture) CDJV for 10 years (between 1989 and 1998) as EL's 1271, 1276 and 1277. During this time many gold deposits of economic significance were discovered and subsequently mined. Some of the largest deposits included those at Redback, Dogbolter and Jim's Find. The success of the CDJV encouraged the joint venture partners to continue with the project and applications to convert the Exploration Licences to Substitute Exploration Licenses were approved on 6th November 1998. These were extended and are currently due to expire year ending 5/11/2006. This report details the seventh year of exploration under the SEL status. During the seventh year of tenure 52 aircore and RAB holes were drilled at the Troy prospect. The area was also covered by a large scale regional EM survey.
