dc.description.abstractThe licence was applied for in order to explore for stratiform base metal mineralisation as certain correlations have been made between units of the McArthur Basin and the Tennant Creek Block. The eastern and western margins of the relinquished areas are dominated by thick bedded sandstones and siltstone (correlated with Roper Group Sequence) which overlie the prospective Tomkinson Creek Beds. One stream sediment sample was collected from the relinquished area, the results of which were not considered anomalous.en_US
